This is mine and James' first attempt at using a linear wipe on premiere pro. The video at the top is our first attempt and the video underneath is the best one we could make. In the first video the cookie that he places down still shows when he picks it up again, this is due to the crossed paths that occured. In the final attempt we used masks in order to get rid of the remaining cookie, because of this there is a slight variation in colour where the 2 clips' lighting changed. This could have been resolved with filming the footage again so that there is a large gap between the two people and making sure that there is no overlap with the linaer wipe.

In order to achieve the linear wipe we had to use premiere pro for the first time. This meant we had to adapt to new tools and sometimes resorted to tutorials in order to help us achieve what we wanted. In order to get the succesful video we used masks instead of linaer wipes to create the effect that the cookie is being taken by the clone of James. This is better than the linear wipe as you can select what parts of the frame you want to have the overlapping images while still being able to feather the masks
