This is an example of a colour leave. This consists of making a video in black and white but keeping one stand out colour, in this instance the pink folder. This effect is quite simple and only requires one video effect on premiere pro.

The effect itself is called leave colourand requires you to selct the colour you want to keep and makes all other colours black and white leaving you with the slected colour as seen in the video here.
