In order to achieve the result we wanted we had to set up the green screen. which was an ordinary piece of matte green piece of material. This is so that no light can reflect off the screen which would alter the colour in different parts of the green screen. We set up our piece of material, ensuring it was streched out to all edges, with no creases making it easy to key in post production. Then when the green screen was in place we set up the tripod and camera in order to film Marcus.

After we had completed all the filming we could get on the computers and use premiere pro. Initially we imported all the clips we were using into they project so they were ready to use. We then marked the in and out points of our clip so that we had the perfect length to work with. Once we had this we used the ultra key video effect in order to change the background.

We dragged our background image into the timeline to bring it to the back of our clip. After this we had to resize both videos, using the scale to frame size option to make both videos fit together and look as if they were from the same footage.

In order to remove our green screen from the video we had to ultra key the green colour. This meant using the colour select tool and specifically selecting the colour in order to remove it.  After we had done this the green was removed and instead the image we used appeared in the background.
